FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £40!

  • We aim to deliver your order as soon as we can however, as each item is made to order please allow up to 2-3 weeks for you to receive your item.

  • Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and should take around 3-5 working days to arrive at your location once dispatched from us. 

​

  • You will receive an email to let you know it is on its way to you.

RETURNS POLICY

  • Please be aware that all items are refundable apart from custom apparel.

​

  • You can refund and exchange your item if it is in the wrong size, faulty or damaged. 

​

  • Refundable items are eligible for 14 day refund policy as long as they are unused,  in the same condition as it was received and are in its original packaging.

  • If you would like a refund/exchange please email: roamm.info@gmail.com and we will try our best to help you.

  • If your item is eligible for a refund/exchange please send the product back to the return address provided and we will notify you once we have received the item.

​

  • Once we have checked the condition and have approved of your refund, it will then be processed and the money will be returned to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
