DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes we ship worldwide.

international shipping will always be shipped with a tracking number through Royal Mail. it normally takes 5-7 working days for your items to be fully delivered however, this is only an estimate and does not take into account delays with customs, strikes etc.

Also, please keep in mind that we are not responsible to pay extra custom charges for your items to be released.

If you have any problems with your items with regards to shipment or tracking please contact Royal Mail. If the item is confirmed to be lost please get in touch with us at roamm.info@gmail.com so we can assist you.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes we do. Please use the contacts page to get in touch with regards to your custom design.

Please bear in mind that not all design can be done as this depends on complexity and size.

The price of the custom design will also vary depending on the labour, processing time and complexity.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?

You have up to 24hrs to cancel/change your order. Please use the contacts page to get in touch or mail roamm.info@gmail.com

Due to some exceptions, orders may be cancelled/ changed after 24 hrs if stock for that order has not been ordered yet so please do email as soon as possible. This is because everything in store is made to order and only relevent stock is ordered to reduce waste.

Orders can no longer be cancelled/changed once they have been marked as shipped.

TRACKING STATUS NOT UPDATING?

Some tracking number can take up to 48hrs to update. However, if a significant amount of time has passed since it has been updated get in touch with us at roamm.info@gmail.com or you can alternatively get in contact with Royal Mail.
